DEBT FREE!!

Well, I am really proud to say that Travis and I are finally debt free. We just paid off our last car, 1 year early and we were finally able to pay off the last of our debt from the move here to Cape Cod. We have always prided ourselves on being financially sound and not living out of our means. It really means a lot to us to be able to show the kids that there is a difference between a need and a want. We have worked really hard the last 18 months to get to this point and have been looking forward to this day for a long time. Being debt free will allow us to save more money, pay cash for EVERYTHING and not have the stress of owing anyone, anything. The only thing we owe now is more money to our savings account. There is a little piece of Heaven somewhere in the Pacific Northwest with our name on it. Someday, we look forward to owning our own home up there and smiling when we have a huge down payment to give. Now, we know this status will not last forever. Someday we will have to buy a new car and we look forward to having a mortgage, but at this point in our lives it just feels really good.
