The Cape Cod Canal is a man made body of water that separates Cape Cod from the rest of the state. Travis has been running the bike path which is about 14 miles preparing for the marathon. Today, it was such a gorgeous day out that I decided while Trav ran I would take the kids for a good long walk/bike ride. So we bundled up a bit and off we went. It felt so good to get out and walk.
